These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ku9l platform and its services ("Services"). In these Terms, "Platform" means the ku9l website and all its pages; "User" means any person who accesses this platform or opens an account.

By accessing this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the ku9l platform.

The following conditions apply to opening an account and using services on ku9l:

2.1 Account Opening Conditions

• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The account is for personal use only — playing on behalf of a third party or sharing an account is not permitted.
• Any change in information must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access to the ku9l support team immediately. ku9l will never ask for your password via email or chat.

ku9l is for individuals aged 21 and above only. By accessing this platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

3.1 Identity Verification Process

• ku9l reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, especially before processing withdrawals.
• A copy of your national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate may be requested.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on ku9l is ৳100. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No additional fees are charged on deposits, though the payment provider's own fees may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer cannot be used more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• ku9l reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account suspension.

6.1 General Game Rules

• If your internet connection drops or a technical issue occurs during play, the result of the last processed round will be considered final.
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.
• Server logs and game history will be treated as the final evidence.
• ku9l uses verified and audited game engines to ensure fair play.

6.2 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, the outcome of a bet depends on the official result of the relevant match. If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake for that bet will be refunded. If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected, ku9l reserves the right to investigate and withhold payment.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9l platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Fraudulently exploiting bonuses or promotional offers ("bonus abuse").
• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools in gaming software.
• Secretly coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
• Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from a restricted region.

8.1 ku9l's Rights

ku9l reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A breach of the Terms is confirmed.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected, during the period of investigation.
• Identity verification has not been completed or false information has been provided.
• The user requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.

8.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any active bets must be settled before account closure, and any remaining balance after meeting wagering requirements will be withdrawable.
